Respondemos dentro de dos días hábiles. Si escribes por un problema en la app, cuéntanos qué teléfono usas y qué estabas haciendo cuando pasó: con eso se resuelve mucho más rápido.
Busca por el nombre, con la marca si hay varios parecidos. Si de verdad no está, toca No encontré mi perfume y escríbelo como lo conoces: nos llega a nosotros, lo sumamos al catálogo y mientras tanto puedes seguir con los que sí están.
Toca Otro y te propone el siguiente de tu repisa. Y si vas a algo puntual —una cita, una cena, salir de noche— pídelo en Quiero otra ocasión. Cada vez que tocas «Me lo puse» el del día siguiente acierta más; si el clima no aparece, revisa que la app tenga permiso de ubicación.
Estela manda solo dos: el de la mañana con tu perfume de hoy, y uno dos días antes de que termine la prueba gratis. La hora del de la mañana se cambia en Perfil › Ajustes. Si no llegan, revisa en el iPhone Ajustes › Notificaciones › Estela.
Mantén presionada la pantalla de inicio, toca Editar y después Agregar widget, y busca Estela. Hay tres tamaños. Muestra tu perfume de hoy, el clima y tu racha.
Puede pasar, y por eso la app nunca dice que hay stock. Lo que dice es de dónde salió el dato y cuánto pesa: si lo leímos del catálogo de la tienda, si es una cadena que suele venderlo, o si alguien fue y lo vio ahí. Ninguna tienda nos entrega su inventario en vivo.
Si fuiste y no estaba, regístralo en la app. Eso lo baja para quien vaya después, que es la única forma que conocemos de que el dato mejore.
Los precios los leemos de los catálogos web de cada tienda y mostramos cuándo fue la última lectura. En perfumería cambian seguido y con descuentos agresivos, así que el de la vitrina manda. Si ves una diferencia grande, avísanos y revisamos esa tienda.
Se cancela desde el iPhone, no desde la app: Ajustes › tu nombre › Suscripciones › Estela. Si cancelas antes de que terminen los siete días de prueba, no se cobra nada.
Desde la app, en Perfil › Ajustes › Borrar mi cuenta. Se borra todo: tu perfil, tu repisa, tu historial de cada día y tus visitas registradas. No queda una copia esperando a que vuelvas.
El perfil sale de los perfumes que agregaste —sobre todo del que dijiste que usas más— y se afina con las estrellas que les pones, con lo que te pones cada día y con lo que registras después de ir a oler. Mientras más frascos y más días, más preciso. Si desde el principio nada te convenció, escríbenos con lo que sí te gusta: esos correos son los que corrigen el motor.
Tu colección, tu perfume de hoy y tus recomendaciones funcionan en cualquier parte, y la temperatura se muestra en la unidad de tu iPhone. El mapa encuentra perfumerías donde estés; las tiendas cuyo catálogo leemos —y por eso sabemos qué venden y a cuánto— están hoy en Estados Unidos, Chile, Brasil, Argentina y España. Si te interesa otro país, dinos cuál y lo tomamos en cuenta para el orden.

We reply within two business days. If it's a problem in the app, tell us which phone you use and what you were doing when it happened: that makes it much faster to fix.
Search by name, with the brand if several look alike. If it really isn't there, tap I can't find my perfume and type it the way you know it: it reaches us, we add it to the catalogue, and meanwhile you can continue with the ones that are there.
Tap Another and it proposes the next one from your shelf. For something specific — a date, a dinner, a night out — ask in I want another occasion. Every time you tap "I wore it" the next day's pick gets better; if the weather doesn't show, check that the app has location permission.
Estela sends only two: the morning one with your fragrance for today, and one two days before the free trial ends. Change the morning time in Profile › Settings. If they don't arrive, check Settings › Notifications › Estela on your iPhone.
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Estela. It comes in three sizes and shows today's fragrance, the weather and your streak.
It can happen, which is why the app never says something is in stock. It says where the information came from and how much it weighs: whether we read it from the shop's catalogue, whether it's a chain that usually carries it, or whether someone went and saw it. No shop gives us live inventory.
If you went and it wasn't there, log it in the app. That lowers it for whoever goes next, which is the only way we know to make the data better.
We read prices from each shop's web catalogue and show when the last reading was. Fragrance prices change often and with aggressive discounts, so the one on the shelf wins. If you see a big difference, let us know and we'll check that shop.
You cancel from the iPhone, not from the app: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Estela. If you cancel before the seven-day trial ends, nothing is charged.
From the app, in Profile › Settings › Delete my account. Everything is deleted: your profile, your shelf, your daily history and your logged visits. No copy is kept waiting for you to come back.
Your profile comes from the fragrances you added — above all the one you said you wear most — and is refined by the stars you give them, what you wear each day, and what you log after smelling something at a shop. The more bottles and days, the more precise. If nothing convinced you from the start, write to us with what you do like: those emails are what correct the engine.
Your collection, your daily pick and your recommendations work anywhere, and temperature follows your iPhone's unit. The map finds fragrance shops wherever you are; the shops whose catalogue we read — so we know what they carry and for how much — are today in the United States, Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Spain. If you care about another country, tell us which and we'll take it into account.
